Native MCP + HFresh Disk-Based Vectors Are Now GA

We're excited to share the Weaviate 1.38 release, bringing the HFresh disk-based vector index and built-in MCP Server to general availability. This update also rebuilds cluster-wide async replication and introduces previews for the Boost API and Nested Object Filtering.
